DEDICATED TO SOCIAL JUSTICE

Meet Megan P. Haskins

I understand. Due to a high volume of requests with the team, please refrain from making any changes. Doing so before the designated timeframe may cause further delays.
As a seasoned attorney admitted to practice in Maryland and before the US Supreme Court, I have dedicated my career to Human Rights, Immigration, and Social Justice. My work with organizations like the Torture Abolition and Survivors Support Coalition International (TASSC) has shaped my approach—providing not just legal solutions, but a voice for the underserved.

A proud member of AILA, I combine rigorous legal knowledge with a compassionate, client-focused approach, guided by principles of social work and a belief in the power of professional legal support to transform lives.

Areas of Focus:

Member of AILA, 2026

We represent individuals fleeing persecution based on race, religion, nationality, or political opinion. Drawing from Megan’s extensive experience with TASSC International, we provide expert guidance for both affirmative and defensive asylum claims, ensuring your story is heard with the gravity and legal precision it deserves.
Specializing in U and T visas, we offer a safe haven for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other serious crimes. We understand the intersection of social work and law, providing compassionate legal advocacy to help you secure legal status and access the protections provided by the U.S. justice system.
Our firm is dedicated to systemic change and individual justice. We handle complex cases involving human rights violations and social injustice. Admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, Megan brings a high level of strategic litigation to protect the fundamental rights of underserved and marginalized communities.
