For more than two decades, Megan has worked at the intersection of human rights law, immigration, social justice, civil rights, and international development — building cases that protect families, defend the persecuted, and challenge systemic injustice.
She earned her Juris Doctorate and Master of Arts in Human Rights Law from American University, Washington College of Law, where she served as a student attorney in the International Human Rights Law Clinic.
